Refund policy
We offer a full refund (excluding all delivery costs and duties & taxes) on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the return conditions specified below are met.
Return Conditions
Purchases must be returned from the original shipping location in its original packaging, with our provided return shipping label.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all tags attached and any related accessories.
Cape de Coeur reserves the right to reject any returned items that appear to be worn, soiled, altered or damaged in any way. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@capedecoeur.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items / Final Sales
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized pieces (i.e.: The Dietrich) or gift cards or purchases with a discount of 50% or higher, these are considered Final Sales.
Exchanges
Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund (excluding all delivery costs) using the return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met.
A new order can be placed through CapeDeCoeur.com at any time.
Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding all delivery costs and duties & taxes.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
