Spirit of Christmas Fair 2026 Prize Draw
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Bettina Mueller Cape de Coeur, london2026@capedecoeur.com (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete and submit the prize draw entry form on
Cape de Coeur Prize Draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Subscribing to the Promoter’s newsletter or other marketing communications is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry into the prize draw. Choosing not to subscribe will not affect a participant’s chances of winning.
4. Promotional Period
The prize draw opens on 8 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 23 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
There are five prizes available.
Each winner will receive two tickets to the Spirit of Christmas Fair in London, taking place from 2–8 November 2026.
The prize consists of admission tickets only. Travel, accommodation and any other expenses associated with attending the fair are not included.
The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection
Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on 24 October 2026, using a verifiably random selection process.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the prize draw.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to confirm acceptance of their prize.
If a winner does not respond within this period, is not eligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking their email, including their spam or junk folder.
8. Collection of Tickets
The winners’ tickets will be held for collection at the designated ticket desk at the Spirit of Christmas Fair.
Winners will receive details of where and how to collect their tickets when they are notified of their win.
Winners may be required to provide identification when collecting their tickets.
9. Winner Information
The Promoter will make available information indicating that valid prizes have been awarded, as required by the CAP Code.
Participants may object to their surname and county being made available or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced. Any such request should be sent to london@capedecoeur.com.
The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
10. Personal Data
Personal information supplied in connection with the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange delivery or collection of the prizes, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Any consent to receive marketing communications is separate from entry into the prize draw and is entirely optional. Participants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, subject to applicable law and regulation.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the prize draw are final.
12. Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants will be entitled to the protections of any mandatory laws applicable to them.
